Very nice Cattery
Purrfect for both cats and their owners! The facilities were clean and Kathryn was caring and friendly. As first time cattery users we were worried about leaving our rescue cat but we need not have been. When we picked him up he was sleek, happy and unfazed by his stay. We shall certainly use Catisfaction again and will recommend it to our cat-owning friends and relatives. Thank you so much.

This was our third use of Catisfaction and we'll definitely be back. One of our cats had an upset stomach on route and made quite a mess in his cat box. The girl who greeted us, sorry don't know your name, wasn't fazed at all and assisted in getting him settled and clean whilst we dealt with the soiled cat box. Amazing customer service and would recommend it to anyone. Cats weren't stressed at all when we picked them up as they have been at other locations. Choice of either wet or dry food which is included in the price. Worth it and we'll be booking for next year again shortly.
I have taken my cats there for many years after they were recommended to us by our vet. I never had a problem. They took great care of our elderly cat when he had to have many pills a day (he had a liver disease). It was a great relief to know he was in good hands. I never had any issues.
