Warm and friendly place, good selection of cakes, sandwiches etc. Limited choice of coffee, good range of tea though.

Such a little gem of a place. Only ten minutes from where we live. We took my mother in law for a cream tea which we all thoroughly enjoyed. It's always busy but the staff are very efficient and friendly. My favourite place in the summer, a cuppa and homemade cake by the canal. Simple things done well in lovely surroundings. Thoroughly recommend.
The cream tea was delicious. We ordered the traditional cream tea for one person, which was definitely way too much for a single person. I wish they were more honest about this. The scenery was beautiful and staff were very polite and friendly.I would definitely recommend it.
