Really bad fries, tasted like cardboard.Chicken Shish was like 4 pieces of chicken.Won't be coming back here unless they fix up. Really very poor. Waste of 15 quid.

Placed an order as we usually do every week, unfortunately on this occasion it was wrong, I had specific requirements ments for some of the kebabs,not hard ones,just sauce on the side of one and and just meat in another, when It arrived and I paid I realised it was incorrect so I called. During the conversation they had repeatedly told me that's what I asked for even though there were 2 people listening to the conversation whilst I placed the order and there was nothing they can do but they did offer to give us next one for Free? If they did nothing wrong why offer? The man on the phone was rude, will not be using again and will find someone else, I recommend you avoid
I placed an order for mix doner with chilli sauce on the side and lamb doner just meat get mix shish with chilli sauce all over and lamb show with bread when I called them they said I never said has to be doner with sauce on the side and other one just meat and they said I'm not gonna get what I order again because is not them fault. They were root on the phone.
Staying on a short stay in Woodstock. Website, and just eat advertise Sami's as delivery to this area. Try and order online for well over 40 mins with no success. Try and call... No answer. Try again 10 minutes before the free deliver and they answer then hang up. Never had a problem previously on collection, and food always been pretty decent. Probably won't go near them again because of this. Sorry boys, done me proud when I stayed local.... Not much help when I'm not so local. There is also nothing else open now, so I'm going to bed hungry.
