I unfortunately had to bring my car here instead of Eden Bicester due to Bicester not having a courtesy car. I took my car in for warranty work on the heated seats (which were replaced 3 weeks prior). I dropped my car in first thing in the morning and was asked what the problem was which the lady wrote on the job sheet, I was told I would receive a courtesy call by 2.30pm which never happened and when I tried to call at 3.30 I was cut off. Eventually and quarter to 5 I received a text informing me my car was ready to collect. I arrived at Eden Oxford and after eventually finding a parking space in a cramped car park I walked in and was greeted by the same lady from the morning who disappeared out the back to get my keys and paperwork. After some time she returned and said "Just the key then", confused I asked what she meant and what had actually happened to which she didn't know. She then read off the sheet 'heated seat not working' (which is what she wrote down herself a few hours prior). A gentleman next to her then said they had mended a wire and it's all working fine now only to my frustration when I was half a mile down the road and my heated seat turned itself off. I then called Eden Oxford back who seemed put out by my call and said the supplier they needed to speak to was closed and I should call them back next week to see if I can get my car taken back again. I work in a customer facing role and it really should be your responsibility Eden to do the leg work and contact the customer! All in all very disappointed and will be taking my car somewhere else with competent workers to do the work at a cost to myself even though the car is still under warranty. I will also be buying a new car soon (Not a vauxhall) from elsewhere and hopefully will never have to return to Eden cars Oxford.I would like to point out however Eden Bicester are fantastic and very helpful but I don't want Eden to have my business any more.

Two times services, two times my heated seat stopped working after the service. This year they refused to repair because it's out of warranty. Asked me to pay 150 and its not my fault, you broke it and ask me to pay for? Very rude customer services and no help from no one! I will never come back again!
I thought I would retry Eden after a poor experience a few years ago. I booked my car in for specific work which the admin team did not put on the paperwork so dropped the car off as planned. The dealership team in Oxford put it on the paperwork for the day but although they were able to do the assessment it still didn't get completed as they tan out of time. Keeping my car overnight to complete the work I had booked in for wasn't apparently an option as they needed the courtesy car back so they arranged a drop off. Poor service. They then agreed to do the work another day and pick my car up so I didn't have to travel back and forth, great, but the girl on the service desk couldn't give me a quote for the work. I asked her to email it to me as I was going on holiday and had to chase it up 3 times, once I was told it was already paid for (clearly had not been) and would be free, Someone else told me I would have to pay a reassessment fee as she had no record of the work and another person told me the job wasn't even booked in. I ended up cancelling as I didn't have a quote and the communication had been awful but of course the team didn't pass it on to the poor car collection man who was then in a panic trying to find my car to take it to the garage. I requested a call from the manager on Saturday who would apparently be back yesterday and still not heard anything.The actual workshop work seems to be really sound and I like the fixed cost pricing even though a bit pricier than other local garages but the service desk communication with customers and with the workshop is unbelievably awful and they clearly need more training as they don't know what they are doing. Steer clear.
