I have been to Ford to ask for a few doubts and the staff who attended me was very kind and efficient. I will go again if I need it. 100% recommended.
SEAT KidlingtonI originally went into SEAT Kidlington to look for a second hand car in January of 2018. Where I was then persuaded by the sales assistant in there to have a look at a few of the deals they had on new cars, which was eventually sold to me soon after on the basis of it being worry free and of me being well looked after by SEAT themselves. Do not be fooled into a false sense of security. Since then the customer service only went downhill, I was told that the car would be no longer than 2 months to get to me, after countless telephone calls to multiple different people, who could only apologise, 6 months later I got my car. Since then all I have had is problems every time I had queries I was greeted by attitude on the phone. The only time I wasnt dissatisfied with the customer service was when I did not need their help. 4 months after I receive the car I get a notification through the post to say my car has a recall so I need to take it back which ideally came at a similar time to my first 10,000 mile service, great news 2 birds 1 stone! So I rang to get both booked in, where I was told that the service would take half a day however I was told that I could not get a courtesy car as it was only a minor service. When I asked what my options were she told me that My only option take half a day off work, as there were no Saturday slots for over a month, and wait there at SEAT for the car to be ready. Fortunately I was able to sort lifts so I could drop the car off and then get to work. when I returned to pick up my car I was then told that they did not have the correct parts to fix the recall and I would have to rebook another date, fantastic. Almost 200 worth of service later (yes I understand these things are expensive) and with SEAT expecting me to take more time off work I return to my car to find that it is more dirty than when I left it, not that it was clean, but the little rubbish that was in the side pockets was left in the footwell and all their plastic they were using was still strung throughout the car, these things are a good will gesture yes, but after them not being able to fix my faulty brand new car, and expecting me to come back again, I thought it was the least they could have done. I am not normally one to moan but considering I feel I am paying through the teeth, for an albeit fantastic but 1.0 litre car, I feel that the level of customer service that I was not only sold the car upon but i would also just expect to be miles above what I have currently received. Looking at the reviews on here I dont believe I am the only one either. I hope Hartwell kidlington can change this because I love the product I just wish Hartwell would show some interest after the car has been sold and whoever has already put pen to paper.For me I will not be purchasing again from hartwell as it stands, but feel free to try and change my mind please...
Very professional and approachable, happy with Scotts attitude towards work. I feel that Scott was always on hand to answer all questions I had. Reassured me in regards to servicing packages after a bad experience previously. Scott was friendly and went the extra mile to provide a great service always.
Josh Freeman was fantastic. Really professional, pleasant and enthusiastic. I went to test drive the Ateca and Josh had made sure it was freshly cleaned and ready for me as soon as I arrived. Very impressed.
