All the team were friendly and efficient. I certainly wouldnt hesitate in going back when I need another car or if any issues arise. I recently decided to change my car & having visited several of the dealers in the Kidlington Motor Park found myself in Hartwell Ford.I was soon approached by a charming sales person who turned out to be Emily Lewis, A superb start to my visit was a friendly smile & very pleasant young lady who was extremely helpful & listened to my needs and expectations of my new car. I was unsure which model I needed but was soon reassured by Emily the most suitable model for me, and guided by Emily's knowledge was offered to test drive a Ford Kuga. Following our test drive it was clear Emily had listened to my requirements and offered me the car I needed. Following a friendly exchange we soon agreed a price and I'm pleased to say I now have my new car.Excellent experience from a friendly sales person who is a credit to her employers.
I have had very mixed experiences buying cars over the years but this was one of the best. Although I ended up buying a car elsewhere, this was no refection on the quality of sales service I received. Indeed, it made the decision not to buy from Ford very difficult. I was greeted immediately by Billie Eley within seconds of stepping into the showroom, in spite of the fact that this was a Saturday and the place was very busy. Thereafter, Billie dealt with my questions and arrangements with charming efficiency and professionalism. I cannot commend her highly enough. Other sales staff were also attentive, friendly and accommodating.I recommend Hartwell's Kidlington is the warmest terms.
I should have written this review 2 months ago when I bought my 62-reg Ford Focus from them but have been lazy since. Anyway, car has been in twice for R&M, so might as well do reviews for both Sales and Service in one go. 1. Sales - Joe Manning, best sale rep I ever met. Smart, pleasant, most importantly a good listener. He treats you like an old friend not a customer! Make sure you look out for Joe Manning, he will greet you with a big smile! One more thing, he convinced me to purchase this 3-year warranty package which I was a little bit sceptical about at first. Do I regret of buying this package now? NO, not at all!!! Its the best product I ever bought from Hartwell Kidlington Ford ... big THANKS to Joe! Good on you mate! 2. Service - Josh B, best service rep I ever come across. Extremely courteous, great follow up. Put you at ease when you take your car in whether its for servicing or R&M. Hartwell Kidlington Ford, you have some good staffs working for you!!!
