Terrible customer service, staff are not helpful at all! Many issues with the staffs at this workplace. Ive brought my car in a few times and theyve kept forgetting certain things that I asked to be checked! Then when you ask them if theyve checked they act oblivious resulting in time and petrol being wasted for them to actually check! Receptionist will always say theyll call back but they dont. Customer service from the staffs really made my experience terrible!
